We are a professional agency, which has been working in the Real Estate Sector in the South of Tenerife since 1997.

• Negotiation and organisation of the mortgage with the banks if required
• Ordering the necessary documents to complete the purchase
• Preparing the Deed with the Notary’s staff who speak your language.
• Inscription of the Deed in the Land Registry
• Payment of the Taxes related with the purchase
• Organisation of the direct debits for all the monthly payments (Water, electricity, taxes, community fees,…)
